28/365 Sleep Well

How mush sleep did I get last week
How many days did I wake up tired
My Fitbit has recorded the story
But what is the reality
Yesterday I slept for 8 hours
And I felt really good today
But some days I only got 4 hours
I cannot blame anyone; it was my fault
I just did not go to bed on time
I drank, watched TV, did stupid worthless things
when next day came, I blamed myself
So I decide – take a book and go to bed at 9 PM
Rest is crucial to life, I know, but I forget
sleeping is not time lost, it is life gained
Rest well — without guilt
