When time takes a nap
Everything stands still
Nothing moves, Not an atom
The world gets captured in a snap
When time takes a nap
The uttered word is caught in the open
Not reaching the ears they journeyed to
The world stands still with orphaned words
When time takes a nap
The sleeping never know it happen
The awake Thoughts freeze
And Memories die
When time takes a nap
All starts are lost before the ends
No ends can ever be reached
The world becomes a beginning that fails to end
When time takes a nap
it would be very unfortunate
For time itself can then never wake up
And everything gets caught halfway
When time takes a napThe sleeping never know it happenThe awake Thoughts freezeAnd Memories dieDidn't go well with the entire poetry.Yes, many times man forgets what he or she is doing and the realization comes when it becomes a practice..!Time never takes a nap – it we who decide as when to wake up and that sometimes becomes too late!Keep writingCheers
“The sleeping never know it happen” means the ones who are asleep never know the time taking a nap as they themselves are not awake. But the “awake thoughts” are people who are awake and thinking they freeze, and then memories die as they live only when the present and future exists. Your comments taken well and I guess the lines might not have conveyed the message as above 🙂 and teh wordings might have been out of place
According to Marxian thoughts 'everything is subject to change' 🙂 If it is right, the time will have to wake up by itself after that nap, if nobody comes to wake it up !
