You want to Lead?, First be above Suspician

When Julius Caesar divorced his wife Pompeia just because she was linked with the politician publius Clodius he is said to have made the famous statement “Even Ceaser’s wife should be above suspicion”. Ramayana talks about a test called Agni Parikha (test of fire) and states that after Agni Pariksha confirmed purity once, on the demand of the people Sita Devi was asked to go … Continue reading You want to Lead?, First be above Suspician

Let Baba do his part; Let us do ours!

Yesterday I posted that I was unsure if I should support Baba Ramdev in his fast against corruption in india and the post had people from the for and against camps comment in. Unfortunately I am still unsure even after reading the comments and seeing the government used force on the individuals assembled there (which I personally condemn). Force on the common man should always … Continue reading Let Baba do his part; Let us do ours!

To be happy you should first stop searching for it!

You need to free your mind to understand what others are trying to convey

The world we see is a perception of what we think the world is. Same goes with what people say and what we take the meaning as. Our life is always a hit and miss of what we perceive a person wished to convey through their words or actions. At times we are so sure about our perception and go forward with that until we … Continue reading You need to free your mind to understand what others are trying to convey

If you are not organized, get someone who can tidy you up

My mother has always been very organized and to some extent a cleanliness freak; my wife too has a similar trait, though I would not use the word freak for her in a public site. My concept of cleanliness more or less starts and ends with my daily showers, and as far as being organized; I am far away from what that would mean. I … Continue reading If you are not organized, get someone who can tidy you up

Sreesanth – The untold hero of Indian Cricket

Here is what happened and no paper will ever report; another planned effort against the great malayalee and the state is in total shock and the high command is seriously discussing the matter (avalokanam in political malayalaee  terms).

Though I am not in liberty to give you the complete details of issues, here are some of the headlines that papers were suppose to report, but some vampan karutha kaikal (big black hands in malayalam) got it removed.

Sreesanth – the only person in the indian team who enquired and cared about the girl who was suppose to run naked.

Dhoni asks sreesanth to shut up when he says “mone ini olade uduthoori ottavum koodi kandal world kup kushaalaayi” (now if we can see her run nude the world cup would have been complete)

Sreesanth tries to come out after Dhoni hits the wining sixer, but found Continue reading “Sreesanth – The untold hero of Indian Cricket”

He that is void of wisdom despiseth his neighbour: but a man of understanding holdeth his peace

‘Love Thy Neighbor’ has been told umpteen times by people famous and less known. Neighbors are family that does not share a blood relation. Feuds between neighbors are also not a new thing and we have read stories and a few might have experienced also. I have been very fortunate in life to be surrounded by neighbors who have been there for me and my family at all times of support.
